Great job! Prompt and professional. We had some outdoor patio cushions that needed cleaning before our clients returned home for the season. I will call them again if I have any other upholstery cleaning needs!

Marc Went the Extra Mile! He was courteous, professional, and detail-oriented from start to finish. He treated the property with care and made sure every section of carpet was thoroughly cleaned. The results were outstanding—the carpets look brand new, and the property smells fresh and renewed. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work. Highly recommend Marc for exceptional service and results.

I was looking for a carpet and tile cleaning company in West Palm Beach and was lucky to find Five Star Carpet & Tile Cleaning. They are friendly, professional, punctual, quick, and did a great job on my floors and rug. I would recommend them to anyone looking for carpet, tile, or upholstery cleaning services in the Palm Beach area! Special thanks to Mr. Mark and JP!

Marc, along with his associate Jackie, performed a tough tile cleaning job, and rug cleaning, in our townhouse. They used due diligence to the baseboards, explanations of the process, and took care rather than rushing. They actually had to cope with rain showers too. I'm very pleased and recommend their services to you!

Marc's company does an absolute AMAZING job!!! First he cleaned our carpets. I have had carpet cleaners before and they look good at first but then the stains resurface. That is not the case with Five Star (perfect name for them). Carpets still look freshly cleaned and brand new a week later! Had them come back and clean the grout. Everything looks spotless!!! I highly recommend. Courteous, efficient, and very reasonable. 5 star review for sure!

Marc and his team did an outstanding job cleaning our tiles and grout! He not only came early, but he helped us move things around and cleaned up so well before leaving. He is the epitome of being a man of his word and doing the work he stated he would. Would definitely use him again. Also his rates are super reasonable compared to other places I was quoted.

Mark and his team were very professional, polite and on time. They were able to get out to me quickly and did a fantastic job restoring my 40 year old Mexican tile. It looks almost like new.
